Tasted at the Domaine. This is a great Richebourg although the Cros Parentoux has more breeding. It is a little closed on the nose at first, reluctantly offering blackberry, raspberry and crushed stones. Very good definition. The palate open rich and opulently, atypically quite a ravishing 2007 with a fat, succulent red-berried finish. Not quite the breeding of a tip-top Richebourg, but class all the same. Drink 2012-2025. Tasted January 2009. (Neal Martin, The Wine advocate, 30th Mar 2009, 92-94 Pts)
