As before: a high-toned, liquorice nose that is more like a Rhone wine. The full-bodied palate is still quite closed with notes of black treacle and truffle. But I still cannot see the sophistication and elegance of de Vogue's wines. Drink over the next 5-8 years. Tasted April 2003. (Neal Martin, 1st Jan 2000, 85-87 Pts)
