Finally in the bottle, the 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Deep Time is the only wine from that vintage I tasted. Most of these wines spend 38-40 months in barrel and as a result seem to be remarkably elegant and complex without showing any new oak. This cuvee is a selection from Kayli Morgan that has been aged longer. Notes of spice box, white chocolate, espresso and sweet black cherries and black currants tumble from the glass of this full-bodied, round, generously endowed wine that has no hard edges. It should continue to drink well for another 12-15+ years. (Robert Parker, The Wine advocate, 23rd Dec 2010, 97 Pts)
