• All deliveries are subject to payment being received before delivery.
• All Goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.
• The Company can arrange for free delivery of wine purchased for amount over HK$10,000 to a Hong Kong address. An additional delivery charge applies to overseas delivery. The Company will contact the Customer and provide the Customer with a quote.
• Delivery within Hong Kong will normally made on the next working day after acceptance of payment for an order. For more urgent delivery, please contact the Company on (852) 3568-9246, 3568-9247 or sales@harbourwines.com.

   

    Cut off time for delivery within Hong Kong on the next working day

• Monday to Friday : 3:00pm

• Normal delivery hours within Hong Kong

  Monday to Friday : 10:00am to 6:00pm

  Saturday : 10:00am to 12:30pm

• An additional delivery charge will be added on for delivery to Peak, Sai Kung and Discovery Bay

  HKD 400 per delivery up to 5 cases plus additional HKD 20 per case thereafter

• Delivery will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warming is hoisted. The Company will contact the Customer to re-schedule delivery time.
• Deliveries are made by a 3rd carrier and the Company is not responsible for unforeseen changes in their delivery schedule.
• If a delivery attempt is made to the provided delivery address and a competent recipient is not present to sign for the goods, the order will be returned to the Company's warehouse. In this instance, a delivery surcharge may need to be paid or no effort is taken by the recipient to contact the courier to arrange re-delivered. The Company will contact the Customer and provide the Customer's with a quote for re-delivery charge.
• The Company shall not be responsible for or liable to any delay in delivery which is outside the Company's control including but not limited to any failure of any failure of any hardware, software and, or any communication links between the Customer and the internet.
